Seder con Salsa

Read a wonderful article written by Tara Dooley in the Houston Chronicle March 30 (sorry--I can't find the link). Deborah Zylberstein and her husband Tom Reed developed a Southwestern Seder with Rabbi Amy Weiss of Congregation Beth Israel. Their seder meal was gefilte fish Veracruz, matza balls with pecan chipolte, lamb birria, tsimmes stuffed in chilies, gefilte fish in matza meal tortillas, spinach enchiladas w/o cheese, Oaxacan chocolate mocha cake.
