how to season fish

We eat fish every Friday ( we're catholic). We usually buy the van dekamps frozen breaded filets..which are kind of gross. This week I bought pollock..but I dont know how to season it. I have fresh basil, oregano, and chives and almost anything you can think of dried. What's a tasty way to season baked fish?
