Searching for not-lean pork

I read somewhere, at some time a year ago or more, that Charlie Palmer was going to have an upstate farmer breed pigs the old-fashioned way--with fat. Does anybody know if something like that is available retail? Yes, I've brined, yes, I cook to only 140-145, but I'd love to hear of the other white meat being available with fat.
