First off, I'm sorry this is so vague, I'm really struggling to remember the specifics:
I'm trying to remember the name of a PBS cooking show that aired during the early 90's (I think). As I kind of recall, the show featured different chefs/restaurants in the southwest (often New Mexico?) It was narrated by a woman and unlike other cooking shows at the time it was filmed in different commercial kitchens.
I'm pretty sure it came on during the same Saturday morning block of cooking shows with Jacques Pepin, Yan Can Cook, and The Frugal Gourmet.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?
