In search of kaiseki-ryori

Ever since reading Victoria Riccardi's book "Untangling My Chopsticks" about her year in Kyoto studying tea kaiseki (the traditional cuisine that accompanies the tea ceremony), I have been fascinated and curious to find out more through first hand experience.

I know this might be a long shot, but does anyone know if there's a place in Chicago that serves traditional kaiseki-ryori or better yet offers classes?

Unfortunately, I've only been able to find a few places that offer classes on just the tea ceremony.
