Guess I haven't been down this stretch of Dot Ave in awhile, but I was ecstatic to see fresh-fish tanks and hanging ducks in the window of a shiny new Chinese restaurant called Seafood Palace. I howled for the husband to stop the car while I dashed in for a menu, and was amazed to see the likes of shark fin, bird's nest, pork knuckle, eel, etc., etc. ... this in a neighborhood where dry fried spicy squid was a special off-the-menu request!
We will undoubtedly be having dinner there before the week is out, but can any of my fellow Hounds tell me if they've also discovered this place, and if so, how it compares to downtown? I will be thrilled not to have to drive into Chinatown for my takeout from now on.
