[SEA] - N King County/S Snoho County...tasty eats with a baby in tow?

Argh - I'm stumped and need your help!

My sister's birthday is this Wednesday and she wants to eat a great dinner that night, but she has a few restaurant requirements:

1. Needs to be in north King or south Snoho counties (e.g. Woodinville, Bothell, Everett, Snohomish, etc.).

2. Must allow us to bring her 15 month-old daughter (in a high chair).

3. The food's gotta be tasty and high-end, since it's her once-a-year treat. : )

I immediately thought of Cafe Juanita, but I really don't want to bring a baby there. Apart from Alligator Soul, does anyone have any recommendations that meet these requirements?

Thank you!
