I'm getting tired of scracthing the bottom of my Demeyere Pawson pans, when I have deglazed the pan and am about to scoop the pan sauce out of the pan, my metal spoons scratch the bottom of my Pawson pans.
What non-scratching material spoon would be the best for this purpose?
Wooden spoon or silicone spoon?
It has to be small like a teaspoon.
Have yet to find a mmore well known brand, that makes what I'm looking for.
My pans are there to be used, but I would like to minimize the tear and wear on my pans as much as possible.
