I love love LOVE the scones from Tea & Sympathy in NYC. I just got the recipe from their book, and wanted to make them tonight to bring as houseguest presents for tomorrow morning. (Since they are so easy I can whip them up, put them in tupperware and then we can take off.) But I have it stuck in my head from somewhere that someone said they don't keep well. Which seems strange to me since it's a restaurant product and you'd think they'd last at least overnight. Anyone here used this recipe? I don't want to serve stale scones in the morning.
