Using Scharfenberger chocolate for tempering?

Has any one had experience doing chocolate work with Scharfenberger chocolate? It's not listed as a couverture, so I'm not sure if it'll work well with molds etc.

If not, what brand do you suggest? And do you have a cheap online source?
