Just read on Blogto an interview with chef Scott Conant. According the article the restaurant opened on Friday. I imagine it might have been a pretty exclusive opening but I am hoping some CHers will report back soon!

I can't find a website yet for the restaurant but it is located on Bathurst south of King.
EDIT: Hmm, while I was looking more for a website I saw this write up on Toronto Life and in the comments someone mentioned they had a reservation for tonight but it was cancelled because they weren't ready yet.
Anyway, should be open very soon
