Help! Saving Salsa Verde

I made some salsa verde, pretty simple recipe - tomatillos,serrano peppers (the recipe specifically said to use whole destemmed peppers with the seeds intact), cilantro, white onion and garlic, with a pinch of salt and sugar. I think I put too many serrano peppers. Any ideas how to lower the heat?

Can I reduce over heat?
