Best sausages and cured/smoked meats

Getting to be the season for cassoulet, choucroute garni, and the like. Suggestions on the best sausages and smoked meats in the Bay Area?

My favorite sausage and confit makers are Fatted Calf and Cafe Rouge.

Anybody know a source for Piotrkowski Smoked Poultry smoked duck legs? I used to get them at the SF Ferry Plaza farmers market but they haven't been there for a long time.
