Hoping some kind soul will help me out. I'm a huge dim sum junkie and my favorite item is the shrimp rice noodles (basically a thick sheet of rice noodle, wrapped around shrimp and steamed). The whole shebang is then drizzled with a thin, sweet soy sauce - which is naturally the best part.
I've tried googling a recipe for this sauce with terrible results - does anyone have some insight they can pass along? Thanks!
