We will be travelling to San Diego late next week and will be staying at the "W" hotel on West B. Street for four nights.
We are two couples fond of good food and wine. We enjoy all types of cuisine (we live in New York, NY), but given the location of San Diego, we are definitely interested in trying some authentic Mexican.
We will be mobile, so we aren't limited to establishments within the city. In fact, from what we have heard there are good places North along the coast, but we don't have any specifics, yet.
The only catch is the toddler factor. Each couple has one toddler. Therefore, fine formal dining is out of the question. What we need is a handful of places that are informal enough to allow us to get up with the tykes and let them wander after they are bored of sitting in their high chairs. Lunch and dinner suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
