sam woo irvine - marginal lunch

been coming here for years with my family. dad always orders the same thing. lobster with ginger and spring onion. qing cao shrimp, scallops, beef and gai lan, roast duck. fish etc etc.

everything was chewy and overcooked. dad purposely ordered two small lobsters so the meat would be more tender, but it was kinda rubbery (im a crab guy personally) the duck was bony.

maybe they lost a chef?

hong chen (china garden) is hit and miss as well...
