Help! My salmon cakes are soooo dry!

I made salmon cakes for the first time yesterday and, while I followed the recipe exactly, they are very very dry. They are paleo and therefore made with almond flour and fried in coconut oil. Is there any way to add moisture to these now that they're cooked and/or to save them in any way?
