Saizo in Sunnyvale

Vincent Lo | Apr 28, 2005 03:30 AM

I dropped by Saizo earlier today and had an amazing lunch special with hamachi sashimi (very fresh and high-quality), deep-fried chicken (again done very well -- tender, juicy, and not greasy at all), and cold tofu, for $10.50. I also had some fancy sake at a most reasonable price. Even the miso soup bowl is made of nice porcelain. Great great place! And the decor (mostly in black) is sorta neat as well. Unfortunately there were only a few customers there (all Japanese), but the cheap-looking Spice Hut next door is completely packed with blue-collar workers.
