Hi everyone! So due to a crazy schedule I had to cook my meat based pasta sauce this morning. There will be 5 hours in between when it is finished and when we can eat it. Whats the best (and safest) way to handle it? I though about throwing it in the crock-pot on warm but I'm afraid it will over breakdown the meat or something. Should I throw it in the fridge and then reheat later? Thanks in advance!
