A post on the Boston board (see link below) had me wondering.
If you're at a pricy restaurant, don't you have the right to say "hold on" if you feel food and drinks are being brought out in a rushed manner and, worse, in the wrong order?
The restaurant in question is one of the most expensive in Boston. I have never had the experience myself, but I'm wondering what to do if it ever happens. How can you firmly, BUT DIPLOMATICALLY, say, "hey, get your act together, stop bringing this stuff out so fast, and bring the wine out at the right time" etc. etc.
Another poster suggested writing a letter to the management, but that seems too late, after the fact.
