Rotel dip - Velveeta question

hi! I've never tried Velveeta and am intrigued to make this easy dip as so many people are raving about it. Are my guests gonna realize it's Velveeta/processed cheese and be grossed out or are they going to love? i'm serving it with homemade pretzel bites. Last year I made a cheese dip out of real cheese and it came out grainy. Thanks!
