The vendor, Keith, at Union Square Greenmarket sells this, but does anyone know if its the Marino variety or not. Also, why, when I made garlic bread using it last night, did the garlic turn green/blue? Anyone have any answers for this?

By the is the best garlic I've ever tasted and had the pleasure of cooking with (other than the green/blue effect, which is actually really bad).
