Roasted broccoli at room temperature?

For a small-scale event, I was thinking about introducing roasted broccoli to the menu. Because of the logistics,I probably want to plan on serving dishes that will be OK at room temperature. I've only ever eaten (and loved!) roasted broccoli straight out of the pan.....so has anyone ever had it leftover? And how does it hold up?
