Roast Chicken in Mid-Peninsula?

I had the most delicious roast chicken I've tasted while visiting the Washington DC area last week -- the bird was marinated in lime and herbs, and the finished product was accompanied by a yummy jalapino aoli. My husband's aunt said they were Peruvian. The little joint sells roast chickens only and lines for take-outs often go around the block.

Question: do we have anything similar here? The only places I know to get roast chickens around here are Costco and local grocery stores. They are pretty good but nothing quite like what I had last week.
