Revisiting: pet peeve ... no prices for specials

gourmandise | Oct 21, 200102:55 AM

I have been very busy, and haven't been following the board very closely for about a month or so... but I did see that first message, posted by Jim H, before I got so tied up, and was surprised to see that it elicited such a huge response!

Anyway, just to let you know, since that first message, we HAVE been quoting the prices for specials at Lutecia. Thanks for the feedback, Jim.

By the way, has anyone tried The Girl and the Gaucho in Glen Ellen? We just tried it (it's open on Tuesdays--HOORAY!), and we LOVED the apps and the desserts. It's really fun food, and not expensive either. Go with lots of people so you can get one of each appetizer and share! The cornmeal chocolate cake with candied poblano chiles is really cool! And they always have a "Ceviche of the Day." It's one of the (very) few restaurants around here where I felt I really got my money's worth. (And on a TUESDAY!!!).
