Managed to whittle it down. We're coming at the end of March and will have 3 nights and 3 lunches.

*Thursday lunch. Just off the plane, something in the 6th and classic French. 4 people.

* Thursday night, the most expensive meal, but no more than $50 or so a person. 4 people. We're staying in the 6th so something relatively close. (6th, 7th, 5th, etc.)

*Friday night with 8 people. 4 of them are living in Paris for a year. Moderately priced, no more than $40 a person. Somewhere not terribly far from the Eiffel Tower.

* Saturday lunch. 4 people. Not very out of the way, with interesting stores and such nearby.

*Saturday night. 6 people. 2 or them are french and live in the 9th. Cheapest of all the meals, no more than $35 a person. Last night in Paris.

And the options...
