Another Review of Ranch Market- Phoenix

Hubby and I had our first adventure to Ranch Market this weekend. Immediately upon leaving I called my best gal Gayle and told her there is no reason to drive down to Rocky Point anymore, all we need to take out taco’s from Ranch Market and to pretend her BF’s pool is the beach! Kidding, I love Rocky Point and will continue to go, but my GOD the food at Ranch Market.

I know most of the hounds have been so I will be quick with my thoughts. Both Hubby and I had the 3 taco’s Rice and Beans. He had all carne asada and I mixed it up with two carnitas and one carne asada. I also threw on a fried chicken taco, but I will get to this in minute.

The Taco’s were great, just like street taco’s I love in Mexico, the beans were thin and lovely and the rice was a treat that had corn and lima beans mixed in. We washed this down with a Papaya fruit drink for him and a Limonda for me, so fresh and so good!

Ok, so the aforementioned fried chicken taco……. This…. Was….. HEAVEN. I don’t think in all of existence I have ever had a better fried taco. They plated it on top of lettuce and then smeared thin guacamole and thin sour cream topped with Cotija cheese. I literally was swooning.
My hubby saw the look in my eyes when I bit into this godsend and foolishly asked me for a bite, I pretended to ignore him, he then reached out to take the taco from my hand (BAD IDEA) and in the words of Gayle almost drawed back a nub. This Taco was not meant for sharing, but I reluctantly gave his some of the goods and he was hooked as well.

Another successful hound report for Ranch Market, I can’t wait to go back and try everything else, my hubby and I are trying for a baby and he told me while walking out that he fully expects to be make late night runs for the fried chicken taco’s for me and I suspect he is right!

If you haven’t been yet, Go!
