REVIEW of ordering Turkey at Hai Ky on Irving/23rd...A DISASTER

Anne in SF | Nov 22, 200411:40 AM     5

So I ordered a Turkey for Saturday November 20th, on the prior Wednesday, was assured it would be ready, yada yada.

5:00 p.m. Saturday night I make my way over to the restaurant only to find that they had NO RECORD OF MY ORDER, so of course my TURKEY was not there. Needless to say, I threw a hissy fit, swore a blue streak, etc., since they had basically threw a huge wrench in my dinner plans (~10 people were coming by at 6:00 p.m.).

Overall, it was a disastrous experience, and I WILL NEVER EVER preorder a Turkey from this place.

STAY AWAY!!! (or at the very least if you still want to take your chances with this horribly unprofessional place, please please please confirm a day or two before and reconfirm the morning of that they actually will have your bird ready...but I do believe that life is too short...so it's better to STAY AWAY!!!!)
