Reuben sandwich - searching for "The One"

Any suggestions on the absolute best Reuben in the Twin Cities?

Where I've already been:

5-8 Club (Champlin). Lousy. Messy sandwich and bottom piece of bread was soaked in grease.

Park Tavern. See above only add in rude wait staff.

O'Gara's - Not bad, but bread tasted toasted instead of grilled. Upcharge for fries which is always a negative for me.

Girvan's Grille - Not bad. Flavorful corned beef, just not a whole lot of it. Chunks of corned beef rather than slices.

Cecil's - Very good, but small.

I've purposely avoided Crossroads Deli because I think they're overpriced and "The One" shouldn't be served open-faced. I've also avoided Mort's because of the chips thing.

Your suggestions?
