Thanks to the many to gave suggestions. I ended up making deviled eggs, sort of. I didn't follow any real recipe per se.
I hard boiled some eggs for 18 minutes, which turned out perfectly cooked eggs with no green ring.
I mixed minced terragon, red onions, salt, fresh black pepper, mayo, champaign mustard, dash of vingar, dash of hot sauce, and some cream to the yolks. Mixed everything until creamy and used a star tipped piping bag to fill up the egg white shells.
Everything was eaten, got many praises and it only cost me about $5 for 40 egg halfs.
