Restaurant critics ...

1. How do you maintain your anonymity? Or, otherwise avoid being too conspicuous?

2. How many times do you have to visit a restaurant before you have enough material for a review?

3. How do you choose what guest(s) to bring along?

4. Do you ever mix pleasure with business (i.e., visit a restaurant because you "want" to but at the same time be gathering material for a column)?
