Would like to try making sesame sticks like you buy in bulk at Whole Foods and other stores. Anyone have a recipe?
The ones I have from Sprouts say they have ground bulgar wheat in them. Is ground bulgar wheat the same as ANY bulgar wheat I might find, say Bob's Red Mill or Hodgson Mill?
This recipe (the only one I could find) http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/20... calls for fine cracked wheat--no idea where to find that or the beet root powder. (I looked at Sprouts and couldn't find either one.)
