Since I actually like brussel sprouts AND I'm responsible for bringing a side dish to our family Christmas party, I thought I'd solicit suggestions for a brussel sprouts gratin.
Actually, I saw a great-looking recipe from the San Francisco Chronicle which involved bacon and plenty of cream, but now I can't find it .
This dish needs to be something I can do ahead of time since it'll be a 1.5 hour drive to get to my cousin's place.
