Just received a broken Le Creuset oven! What to do?

I took advantage of 6pm's amazing LC clearance sale last week and got a 7 1/4 round dutch oven for $199! Even though I'm in Canada, it was still totally worthwhile with the exchange rate. I was one of the first shoppers and I was so excited. Just went to the US today to pick the package up and I was horrified when I heard a clanging noise from the box. Opened it and I was stunned to see that the handle had completely broken off and there were two large fractures down the side.

This might have happened before the box left 6pm's warehouse or in transit but I've NEVER seen cast iron just break like that. Now 6pm is sold out of these ovens so I can't do an exchange and I doubt I'll find as good a deal on this oven.

Is there anything I can do? Would LC cover it? I'm so disappointed!
