Reasonable, reliable breakfast on the UES (60s, 70s)

I recently moved to the east 60s from the West Village/Chelsea area and I'm having a hard time finding a go-to breakfast/brunch/lunch spot with reasonable prices and a relaxed atmosphere. From my limited knowledge of the neighborhood, it seems like pricier brunch is accounted for (Sarabeths, etc), but what about a go-to place with good food that you can get into on the weekends without waiting an hour or having to get dressed up?

Downtown I could count on Westville to hit the spot. Anything up here that fits the bill?
