I'm a babysitter/tutor for 4 kids. We're doing an educational week on some honest-to-goodness ethnic foods, not Americanized ones. One of the countries we chose is China. There is very little information on the way Chinese people actually eat. I believe the rice noodles we get are pretty close, so I thought we would start there. We have to keep it simple (as I am not a great cook). Does anyone know how to prepare realistic Chinese noodles?
