I went there with a friend tonight.
It was everything I expected, but alot more tender.
I actually can't believe how tender, you would think the grill would make them tough, but it just makes the tentacles crispy. I guess it is because they pre-cook them? I don't know.
We each got one. ate it, then went down the street for some buns at mai xiang tan.They were out of everything but pork, shrimp, (i guess that is the 3 cubes) and red bean paste. we got one of each. All quite good. I actually loved the pork, nice and gingery. She like the red bean paste. We were on our way home and at the last minute had to go around the block again, and get one more octopus and a corn each.
Oh well. I was planning on having dinner somewhere else, but I think I filled up.
