Quito recommendations with baby

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to get some up-to-date recommendations for my upcoming trip to Quito Nov 30-Dec9. I will be traveling with my husband and our daughter, who will be 10 months old by then.

I've been to Quito before, in 2006 and 2009. On our last trip, we enjoyed Zazu Quito. Would Zazu be ok with a baby if we don't go late on a weekend night? Also like Cafe Mosaico, though more for the view. I know there's Crepes & Waffles and Juan Valdez which will work for coffee/snacks, but I'm looking for clean, baby-friendly places with great food. As my husband has family there, they already know of really casual spots to pick up snacks and stuff.

My husband does not like seafood, and I do not generally like the Ecuadorean preparations of things like tongue. We both like traditional stuff like empanadas, llapingachos, hornado, etc. and love nuevo latino cuisine as well.

Thanks! :)
