Quinoa, Millet, and other Grain Recipes Please

I was crushed to learn recently that the Israeli Couscous I eat all the time was actually a pasta, not a grain.

Alas, I need to add more grains into my diet, and have been eyeing the Quinoa (supergrain!) and millet at the store.

Can anyone suggest some good preparations of either which would make a nice basic side dish at a meal?
