I just purchased 3 large ones; 1 for hostess gifts and 2 for a large dinner party. I have a few questions:
1. Are the seeds roastable and edible like a regular pumpkin? I can't seem to find that answer anywhere I have read.
2. I'd love to stuff the other 2 squashes - one vegetarian and one with meat of some sort. Any ideas? I plan to roast both whole with the lid on top for presentation
