Can we have any more cast iron questions? This is the last one, I promise (at least from me) ;)
I just got a lovely Griswald cast iron pan in a flee market. I've been using it regularly for about a month and it's VERY well seasoned now. I heard that you shouldn't use acidic ingredients in it until it's well seasoned. What about after it's well seasoned? Also, what about liquids in general? Can I put stock or water into it? Or a mixture or stock and wine?
