I purchased Guar gum as a thickening agent

hbgrrl | Aug 23, 2006 12:20 AM

Now what?
All my googling didn't answer my questions:

what's the ratio of g.g. to liquid?
does this break down when heated (like cornstarch can)?
Anything else I should know?

Any help would be appreciated 'Hounds.

Thanks!
