A shy chowhound in Palo Alto reports that Protégé is ready to open. Friends and family event tonight, then the plan is to open to the public on Tuesday, March 20. Not yet accepting reservations, walk-ins only for dinner Tuesday through Saturday for now.

This has been a long time coming. The initial opening had been planned for late 2016.
