Prospect Heights cheap/late night eats

I'm moving to Prospect Heights--specifically, St. Johns between Underhill and Washington--next week from Williamsburg. There is a great deal of mediocre food in Williamsburg, but there are also a few establishments I love and will miss. I've read through all of your posts, even back to 1999, about the area restaurants in PH and am looking forward to trying Garden Cafe, Aliseo, Tom's Diner, Soda Bar, and the pattie place on Flatbush (is that the best one in the area?), but am looking for a couple W'burg replacements.

Pizza: my favorite in the burg is Sal's, which has different but equally good heros from Cono's and is about $1-$1.50 less. Fantastic chicken, eggplant, and of course plain pizza, great staff. Where's the best pizza in PH?

Falafel/kebab: I'm REALLY going to miss Uncle Mina's. Not only is the food excellent and freshly-prepared and the staff kind and friendly, but it's open until 4AM! Where's the best Middle Eastern joint in the area, and how late is it open?

Late night deli: I LOVE Hana food in Williamsburg. I don't know what these places are really called, it's probably not exactly a deli but it's much nicer than a bodega. Open 24 hours and the sandwiches are actually really good. Is there any 24-hour place in PH that also makes really good food?

Thanks for any information you can give...
