Pronto Pasta News:
The word now is that Pronto Pasta will not close as initially reported (by me, on this board). Additional information since given to me suggests the place has been bought by a young Aqua-trained Chef who intends to keep the same name and style of restaurant, whilst adding to the menu with some signature dishes of his own. We will try it out soon and report back.

This week was husband-and-wife team Franco and Cristina's last at the helm of my favourite weekday lunch spot.

I wrote an illustrated review of my last meals at Pronto Pasta under its original ownership, which can be read on my blog below if you are interested. I am not posting it directly on this board as it is more of a retrospective.
