I stopped by my little community garden today to assess what need to be done before planting and it is covered with young dill! Someone planted dill a few years ago and now we all get some or lots. Shame to put it all in the compost bin but how to preserve it? I will not use dried because to me it looses all flavour. Could I preserve it with salt along the lines of Dunlop chilies? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
