Prepped Food /Food Halls in London, Any reccos?

AHA64 | Dec 4, 201408:48 PM     32

Hello!
We'll be staying in London at an apartment for 9 days over Christmas (Mayfair area). While eating out each meal is out of our budget, cooking lots meals won't make it much of a holiday for me. I've read that there are ready made meals at Selfridge's and Harrod's food halls. Do people have things they like to get at either of these places? Is there another food hall or place that might have "heat-and-eat" meals you'd recommend? For instance here in the states there is a chain called Trader Joes, a grocer with many quality but well priced, ready to eat/heat and eat meals in the refrigerated and frozen cases.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
