K Pot is about to open in Rockville

wineloverdc | Sep 29, 201808:16 AM     1

In the former site of several Chinese buffet/teppanyaki grills, K Pot Hot Pot & BBQ is about to open. I have called a couple of times in the past month to see if they are open yet and the answer is always 2-3 weeks. On the web, I have seen several different K Pots with different ordering schemes. This K Pot appears to be part of 3 located on the east coast which appear to have all you can eat with iPad ordering. The California restaurants vary with ala carte and all you can eat menus. Pricing is higher than Urban or Legend at these other spots but the AYCE versions are mid $30 for BBQ and Hot Pot.

Hope they open soon as I have heard good things about the bay area and the LA area places from co-workers based in those metros.
