Posting American recipes on a U.K. Site

Traveler1946 | Sep 10, 201807:02 PM     67

For the last 4 months I have ben posting American recipes on a U.K. site. That went over like a lead balloon. They seem stuck with the same foods that their ancestors ate and are quite unwilling to try anything new or different. And, oh my God, when I posted about American sandwiches they absolutely freaked out. It seems that their idea of a sandwich is a bit of cheese and/or cucumber between 2 small slices (very small slices) of bread. When I posted about a Philly Cheese Steak, they got extremely nasty and called Americans pigs.
