pork liver, anyone?

Anyone know where I can buy fresh pork liver in (or near) NYC? I'm contemplating a dip into charcuterie techniques, and apparently I need some pork liver. I've checked two of the obvious places in the city, Faicco's and Ottomanelli's, and come up dry. Where should I try next? Alternatively, does anyone know enough about making terrines to tell me whether I could substitue veal liver in a pork terrine recipe that specifically calls for pork liver...
